“The best budget accommodation by far on Waiheke Island. The feeling is one of almost not being in New Zealand but in some overseas resort. A natural environment of trees, shrubs, flowers, wetland and animals. Laid back out of the milling crowds that can swamp this little island. Yet close to the beaches, shops and wharf. “We stayed in Belle tent 2 and really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet, all the benefits of camping with all the luxuries of a hotel! Beautiful bed linen, comfy bed, lamps and phone charger provided with a fab ensuite and unlimited hot water. The shared kitchen/sitting room was clean and with everything you could possibly want. Take earplugs if you're sensitive to noise as you really are only a piece of canvas away from nature (in our case, a huge storm and calling pukeko) but that's part of the charm. - Nov 18, 2016 (Travelled Nov 2016)”
